Well...I'm debating getting a family pack. Not sure if there's a savings there, but aren't they like $50 anyway? My dad has an iMac that could use SL.

I am considering this for a Hackintosh build I put on hold a while back. What can happen if I purchase this without a copy of Leopard already installed? Will certain features become un-available?

technically you can install it without any other os, ethically,...


Also not all hackintosh is easy to accomplish and there are bugs still being worked out with this release. Im sticking with 10.5.8 on my comuters just a litte longer until the hackintosh sites have a little better support.

That being said. I bought it and will be puttign it on my machines veru soon I hope.

Can you dual boot this w/ Windows 7 on a "hackintosh-compatible" config? Sorry I'm new to this stuff.

Any way to put this on a virtual machine?

edit: google shows me a way to get a "patched" 10.4.8 OSx86 iso into a vmware machine; but i'm not finding much on getting a legit boxed Snow Leopard (10.6) into vmware.
