I sold this Canon Starwriter 80 Wordprocessor to a person in NY on Dec 23, 2006 - I live in CA. The customer claims to be out of the country or on vacation or something. Fast foward to today Jan 25, 2007, the customer claims that Canon Starwriter does not work or is defective. Customer wants return for a full refund. Should I be liable for a product that he/she has had for a full month? The said product was 100% working at the close and time shipped to said customer. Please help. Thank you.
