OT: How many of you have EVER gotten your "free T-shirts?"

No surprise there, eh. Now the Intel shirt(s) I was supposed to be getting... Well?

Overall, I think I received at least 75% of all the free shirt offers I ever signed up for.

I've gotten about 50% of all the free T-shirts advertised. There are a few rules to remember when submitting for a free T-shirt.

1) When they ask for your company name, put in something that sounds like it would be a customer of this company. Meaning: If Jims Printer company is sending out T-shirt, list your company as Mikes Printers and Ribbons.

2) Always say 'Thank you' in the comments.

3) Always spend a minute or two and fill out the surveys if they have one. I've seen many surveys with trick questions that would catch someone just filling out quick answers without reading the questions.

4) Using these rules, your average should go up quite a bit.

I think I receive about half what I sign up for. I received t-shirts from X.com, Compaq, Cisco, Essential, and some others.

Nothing! I've filled out the forms for dozens over the last year or so, but no shirts... I did win a package (in an online sweepsstakes - 3rd prize ) from Yokohama tire which included a jacket, sweatshirt, polo shirt, and hat. I received that one awhile ago, although I did have to call the company to get them to send it out.

I've gotten pretty much every single one that I've signed up for. Sometimes they take a little while to get here, but its a nice surprise when they actually do. The only problem is that they always send XXL or XL and I wear M-L. I use some of them to wash the car, others go to my fat friends

I have gotten about 4 or 5 plus some other stuff. It took awhile before I got the first one but after that they started to come on a steady basis. If you don't think about it after signing up when you least expect it that is when they will come. "If you sign up they will eventually send you your free tee shirt".
