Well, friends, the V7700 Deluxe that I bought from sugajay has been "officially" declared a "lost" shipment (after a two week trace/investigation). Someone, somewhere has themselves a really nice vid card for free, I guess (and I don't have a thing... except a deficit of $165.... grrrrr...).
UPS was very good about contacting me with updates and information. I do need to say that much. Perhaps their customer service unit is a notch or two above some other parts of their company (?).
In any case, this is moving toward resolution. Speaking of resolution, though--I am getting tired of playing CS at 800x600! The V7700 was supposed to fix that!
