Had a pretty good experience with OurHouse today... my wife picked up one of those 18v cordless tool kits for Christmas... drill/saw/sander. They mistakenly sent just a 24v drill. When she called they told her they already realized their mistake and gave her the tracking number for the correct one which they had already sent out. Quite cool of them, to not insist the other be returned first. Very polite staff as well.

Just FYI....
I have been ordering stuff from Ourhouse for a few times.

One time, they shipped me an Incompleted Item.
After talking to the Customer Service Rep, he sorted out the thing for me by bugging the manufacturer to send me the missing part.
Afterward, this CSR even send me a personalized letter to apologize!!!

This 10%off and 20%off MSN going to tempt me to get some more things from em again since the last Thanksgiving 30%off days.

Not to mention there is Free Shipping on order of $100.

However, I also got a CARD from the mailbox that give me a code to have free shipping.
