Just FYI....
I have been ordering stuff from Ourhouse for a few times.
One time, they shipped me an Incompleted Item.
After talking to the Customer Service Rep, he sorted out the thing for me by bugging the manufacturer to send me the missing part.
Afterward, this CSR even send me a personalized letter to apologize!!!
This 10%off and 20%off MSN going to tempt me to get some more things from em again since the last Thanksgiving 30%off days.
Not to mention there is Free Shipping on order of $100.
However, I also got a CARD from the mailbox that give me a code to have free shipping.
