So this may sound a little stupid to some of the people here but I want to make sure I get the right stuff when i go to get more ram.
I recently upgraded my system and it's been a while since i read up on what's going on with anything. Anyway I was surprised to find that my old ram didnt seem to fit in my new motherboard...it was DDR 400 ram and seemed to serve me fine enough in my old environment so i hadnt thought it would need replacing.
I guess my question is...what kind of ram do I likely need? Is it even an issue if i go to buy new ram?
