So here is my understanding:
If you are NOT using an exchange server (I am not, i'm just using pop3), then there is no actual "out of office" thing, you just have to make a rule to reply to an incoming message with your response.
I also understand that it will only send 1 out of office reply to an email address to prevent out of office infinite loops (if the sender has the same type of response, infinite messages would be sent back and forth).
My question is - how do you reset the list of people that it will send the message to? I sent a test message from a different account and received the response. Then I send another, and did not receive the response (as expected). Then I disabled the rule, re-enabled the rule, and sent another. I still did not receive the response.
Any one know how to do this?
