Hey guys, I've got a question about Outlook signatures. I'm trying to create an Outlook signature in Word with the company logo. So I created a table with one column for the text and the other for the logo this way everything is arranged nice and neat.
The problem I'm having is when I try to insert the logo in Word. I have the logo saved as a jpeg file in the dimensions I want, but for some reason Word makes the inserted picture super small. I tried resizing the inserted picture in Word, but it looks kind of blurry when I do that and I don't really like it.
So, I tried inserting another version of my logo (this was the original version which was probably more than twice the size of the shrunk down version) and it is resized as well, but it is shrunk to about the size I want and looks pretty clear.
So, I was wondering, would there be a problem if I just go ahead and use that larger version? Or will that make my e-mails unnecessarily large?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
