I enjoy the A7V. Its $133 shipped fedex 2 day air from necxdirect. They deliver fast.
Rock solid @ 950 nowadays.
I tend to enjoy jumpers too.
It is alot easier to undo a mistake caused by say going to high (multiplier/FSB) using a jumper, than it is to blow the cmos on your bios or reset it otherwise. You lose less configuration/tweak options at one given time.
ie. I set my fsb to 109, it crashes, locks up, doesn't even post.
KT7 -> What do i do?
A7v -> set the jumper back, power back on, rock on. very quick.
KT7 -> I have a GORB/Chrome ORB, i have to squeeze it on moving capacitors or cutting gorb.
A7V -> Just fits.
Of course the KT7 Jumperless has its advantages for the jumper less crowd. I'm mearly comparing what i've seen.
Also, the KT7 is available with raid 0 or 1 for $$. This can be good for the low end speed daemons no doubt. However since i have a SmartRaid 5 Century scsi raid controller with 64 megs of ram, the point is moot. spank spank spank.
