Overclocking a AMD Tbird for the first time.....Help =)

Just got myself a New Tbird system

Abit Kt7A Raid
T Bird 1Ghz Retail
Fong Kai 603 CAse
Kingmax PC150 Ram
Ati Radeon AIW
2 ATA 100 Maxtor drives

Couple of questions

1) How exactly do I properly connect the bridges. Can someone tell me EXACTLY what to do? Use a pencil or a conductive pen? What do I do if I mess up with either?

2) Will it be impossible to get Raid 0 set up as boot disk?

You take off the CPU first. You will notice that there are several sets of bridges on the top of it. There should be a set of four that are labeled "L1". Connect these bridges using a pencil or conductive pen or a defogger repair kit. You would probably want to use a pencil the first time since it is the easiest to correct mistakes (eraser).

As for your second question, I have no idea

When you pencil over the bridges, make sure that you press fairly hard. Go over the bridges about 20-30 times to make sure that the bridges are connected good enough. Also make sure that none of your lines touch. When you're finished, blow any loose graphite off of the CPU. Good luck!

Going by that pic right there. I see L1 and L3 you connect those vertically or just the L1s horizontally?
