Overclocking Geforce 2 GTS in Win2000

I found that registry entry that enables the tweak-utilities in the Detonator driver. But in Windows 2000 the changes are gone after the next restart. This just works for Win98.
I tried with Detonator 5.25 as well as 5.30.
Does anyone know what to do ? My new CL GF2 is stable with 220/380 and it would be nice to use its potential every time...

I use Powerstrip from www.entechtaiwan.com

Non-demo version costs $30, demo is free.

Personally, I like the gamma hot keys.

Okay, but I don`t like Powerstrip. It`s far to big and jerky. I hate this proggie. Any other hints ?

I don't understand why your registry changes back at reboot.

Make sure that you have Administrator privilages when making the registry changes.

If there is something easier than Powerstrip, I'd like to know it too.

I have this problem too. It just goes back to defaults. I don't especially like powerstrip either.

I use the nVidia drivers in Win2k and my settings don't change back after reboot. Are you checking the "apply at startup" checkbox?

go to www.geforcefaq.com and look for the registry file that sets the values in 2000. I know you can do it manually and get the overclocking panel, but it wont stay perm. I cant test this as I just uninstalled 2000.
