Overclocking the AMD 5000+ BE

I've installed a Black Edition AMD 5000+ and researched this extensively online but failed to find a good reference for settings in the BIOS to overclock this processor.

It's on an ECS KA3-MVP motherboard.

It has 4-2G sticks of OCZ PC2-6400 dual channel memory installed
for a total of 8G of memory.

The BIOS seems to be the current version of 2007 for this board,

and it has rather weird frequency/overclock references in the BIOS,
to this affect:

Can someone please simplify my dilemma and give me the proper settings
for obtaining a simple 3.0GHz overclock on this 2.6GHz processor for a stable platform.
I'm looking for settings for the processor, and the memory...and where to place them in respect to their pertinent controls in the above settings list.

I would be very grateful for some good information on these settings as I have been stumped since trying to attempt an overclock on this.

Does your BIOS not have a CPU Multiplier setting?

NPT Fid Control (Auto)
(NPT fid Control = CPU multiplier)

This item allows users to adjust the CPU frequency; the range will be varied
according to different CPUs.

NPT Vid Control (Auto)
(NPT vid Control = CPU voltage)

This item allows users to adjust the CPU voltage.

CPU HT Voltage Adjust (Normal)
(HT = HyperTransport)

It's what AMD uses instead of the FSB (Front Side Bus). It's the product of the CPU frequency & the HT multiplier.
This item selects the voltage for LDT bus.

NB Vcore Voltage Adjust (Normal)

This item allows users to manually adjust the NB Vcore voltage. Here I am at a loss at trying to actually define the purpose of this setting?

DIMM Voltage Adjust (Normal)

Use this item to manually adjust the DIMM voltage.

CPU Clock (200 MHz)

This item allows users to manually adjust the CPU clock.

CPU Dynamic Overclocking (Disabled)

This item allows users to enable or disable the CPU Dynamic
Overclocking function.

I used to have the same chip. Unlocked multiplier makes i easy to overclock.
