overclocking

Hello, everytime I move my FSB above 138mhz I loose all power to my USB ports... I'm wondering what I can do to fix this, here is my config/setup

Antec sx830 is has the default 300 watt power supply, Gigabyte 7vtx motherboard, AMD 1333mhz, Crucial pc2100 ram, and a modified alpha pal 8045 to fit it... I have 2 case fans in back and 3 in front... I'm kind of leaning twoards the power supply or maybe the RAM? I don't know im kind of clueless... any help would be appreciated, thanks

Use a self powered USB port, or buy a bigger PS.

well I have a self powered usb port, but it has to be somehow connected to the motherboard right? So I don't see how its going to work if the motherboards usb ports aren't powered

everyone has been having this problem... my bro overclocks his 1ghz celeron to 1.33 and he loses his cable modem connected to his USB port. some people fix it by just moving whatever it is to another port. funny thing is... this system has been overclocked before... same bus speed (p2 350@466) with no problems. puzzling really.
