Now that Oz is gone I agree, too much press for shows that fall short (especially Sopranos after an awful season).

Any movie made by M. Night Shamamamlalananmms is overrated, including the dreadful Sixth Sense.

Agree with the laugh track thing....so outdated.

Plus all those laugh tracks were recorded so long ago that your just hearing a bunch of dead people laughing.

Most sitcoms. What passes for humor usually is nothing more than people insulting each other. Even in the best sitcoms, a truly good episode is somewhat rare.

The only one that might be good is if they were in outer space......and competed for air and water! Then it might be worth watching, just to see the losers slowly suffocate!! :shocked:

I can't think of any TV comedies I've watched that I particularly enjoyed. I do enjoy House but the humor in that show is rather morbid and dry plus I wouldn't really call it a comedy.
