I don't know, but it sounds like a bit of a whinge that "you're being mean to us by not saying you forgive". i.e. a demand for forgiveness rather than an apology.
(also "I forgive you" isn't a word)

Almost all activity in a Starbucks is some variation of angry professional types not getting their coffee fast enough and harassing the employees.
It's an app developer requiring admin credentials for a per-user install because they were too stupid to figure out how to not step all over system folders.Thats why I talk computer, semantics of man is way too complicated .
