Just live with their parents, with their parents paying for all their expenses, thus their child only is paying for taxes on their income. That way they save money for a house. If we are discussing it (posting pictures of text in the picture thread is surely just asking for side-discussions?) I think the whole argument slightly misses the point.

The point is that not everyone _has_ an inheritance to wait for (or parents who can help them the way you suggest). The increasing dependency on inherited money to buy property greatly increases the gap between those whose parents _have_ capital (and a decent income), and those whose parents don't (e.g. are renters). It makes class-inequality greater.
