Every system is gamed, and you need to update your numbers. The 2020 election had a 66% voter turnout rate. Only 1.3% less than the election in the UK the previous year. The very GQP rot I referenced is prompting more voters with every election since 2016. Yes, repug obstruction and anti democratic efforts are a problem, hence me citing them. But those are correctable problems, and I expect they will be once certain cancerous portions of government are excised.
