Just because someone has used the words related to a NTS fallacy (which I grant you, and usually call people of whatever ideology on) does not make the statement false.
If a Russian said "i feel Scottish, and in Scotland we don't eat haggis" and I said "then you're no true Scotsman" you could say "that's a no true Scotsman fallacy, yes, but what the Russian said is also a lie about Scotland."
Let's see, the claim made is that anyone who doesn't follow the teachings of Christ are not Christians? Well then, knowing the scripture, I'd say that the amount of true Christians are less than the amount of true Scotsmen. I'm expecting at least 10 true Scotsmen and 5 true Christians to be a the actual numbers here.
Everyone else are, as you said, no true Christians.
Question is, who are those 4?
