Something strange with this m/b. It won't boot up to bios screen, and I can't hear any beep sound too. But if I unplug the CPU or display card, some weird sound will come out, it's like an ambulance or police's sound.

For this few days I tried to fix it but I didn't even get it boot once, please help!

I've had this problem before..
a number of things can cause it.. the board being grounded out. Fryed CPU, bad stick of memory, badly seated expantion card, cooked Expansion card, Cooked hard drive, Cooked Floppy drive, Cooked Cdrom, fryed mainboard.
I guess when you get down to it, it could be almost anything.. Its kinda annoying to run accross. How I normally go about fixing it is remove everything but the CPU video card and try starting it.. see if you get the memory beep error. then you just keep adding stuff in.. the idea is take away everything that could be causing a problem, and slowly add everything back in till you get a problem. if you have another computer check the memory and expantion card and make sure they all work. also test the CPU..
thats the only way I've ever fixed the problem you describe..
you could also get a port 80 card, and see if it will tell you the problem

you don't always get a error beep telling you somthing is wrong.. I've see this on alot of Asus boards

Tannah, that's what I did while I do troubleshooting, I only plug in the CPU, video card and ram on the m/b, this should be sufficient to let it boot up at least at bios screen. And I'm sure that my CPU, video card and ram are fine because its works on the other system, so the only one remaining is the m/b.

Look, here's my situation. If I plug in everything, the m/b will run with power but can't boot into bios screen and no sound at all. If only unplug the ram, same thing happens. If I unplug either CPU or video card, the the police/ambulance sound like will come out. What's the signal that it's trying to make?

Hell, I'll be glad to hear the normal beep sound instead of silent.
