P4 1.7 on MSI 645 Ultra randomly reboots

Whenever I do anything on this system, it either runs fine, or decides to reboot. For example, scrolling back in songs in winamp while running windows update gives a reboot. Any ideas?

P4 1.7, MSI 645 Ultra, 40 GB 7200 RPM Seagate Barracuda IV, MSI GF3 Ti200 128MB DDR ViVo, Generic GF2 MX200 32MB SD PCI, SB Audigy

Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers and BIOS for your system, don't overclock anything and make sure that your power supply is powerful enough for your system.

Way ahead of you I think my brand new Enermax 350w should be enough

This is just a finicky board. Go into bios and select "load bios defaults" save and exit. For some reason that seems to work, dont ask me why. Later on You can return to bios and adjust the settings as you prefer them.
