it says its new plain packed. compgeeks usually puts used if its used. besdies most of these are taken out of oem systems even if they were used, not out of some o/c hardocp rig.

also since no OEMs really used 1.6A or 1.8A in their own systems (they usually used willys) , then almost all 1.6A and 1.8A out there, even bare no box, are retail tray units that carry a 1 year warranty.
