pretty simple... if you bluescreen a lot (well not if you're using linux or anything obviously), then you know that you should try to increase the vcore. If the system is perfectly stable, you don't have to worry about upping the vcore at all.
Try tossing a lot of CPU intensive programming at it -- Quake 3, RTCW, some benchmarking tools, SETI, United Devices, etc. Not all at once though
