It's like a 16 year old asking to get pregnant, but ok. The 3.4E prescott can draw over 103W's. So you would want the best PSU you can find. A 480watt plus if you plan on running it with a high end video card. A 380 or a 430 watt to be safe if you plan to keep you current video card.
