Madellga, I'm gonna support you on this one. This thread is full of smart asses who can't admit false starts are not a normal 'feature'. I don't care if you don't restart your comp at all or do that 5 times a day. What kind of argument is that? I start my computer twice a day, before and after the work. Is that so uncommon? - I don't believe so. Some people care about things like the environment and electricity bills and don't run them 24/7.
"Until someone tells me it broke something, IT IS NOT A PROBLEM. " - haha, "until Hitler kills somebody IT IS NOT A PROBLEM" - that's what Roosevelt and Chamberlain thought as well. You are making a fool of yourself like they did. P5B delux has been on the market for the last 2 months. Most of the computers build with this mobo are still like newborn infants. Even 6 months of fail starts won't kill anything, but a year? maybe. I don't want to find that out.
"However, the biggest problem i see there isn't the double start, it's you" - excellent, is there anything you would like to add with a pinch of sarcasm? What is wrong with you guys? Fail starts are not NORMAL. What makes you think that? Is that necessary for a proper boot? NO. Is there any official statement from Asus saying this is a NORMAL thing? Not to my knowledge. I still have occasional double starts with bios 0711, I don't like it and I admit it.
