I have tried to at the better timings (4-4-4-12) but they only seemed to increase the instability. I will try it with these timings and see if I get a fully stable system.

This mobo does not seem to be able to go very high AND the RAM is only rated at 1.9-2.0V, it is currently running at 1.9V.

First of all if changing bios in window is not stable than they shouldnt' market it as is.
AND THEY DO THIS FOR EVERY ONE OF THEIR MOBOS.
WELCOME TO THE 90s, no wait 2007, flash bios with floppy? are you F$#%# kidding?

also some of these bios update in POST default to A: drive and can't branch out how F%$%^ is that.

I have 4 builds all with Asus mobos, they all have the same issue when you update the bios, it' literally destroy my OS.

for P5n-E SLi i have 3gigs of mem to put in, such bad idea .. i am forced to use the 2 black slot and can only get 2gig running.
