P5ND2-SLI or P5LD2 Deluxe

Hi,

I am about to upgrade my motherboard and get a Pentium 4 640 3.2Ghz CPU.

I have narrowed my motherboard down to two choices :

1. Asus P5LD2 Deluxe - $230AUD
2. Asus P5ND2-SLI - $160AUD

The only real difference is the chipset - one has the NVidia w/ SLI, and the other Intel 945P chipset. On the face of it the NVidia seems the better deal as its cheaper and has SLI.

But is there something I am missing? Is the 945P better for any reasons? Is NVidia less stable or ??

Btw I won't be using it for games but primarily for video editing, and graphic design.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Wouldn't say NVidia chipset is less stable, but it's probably pickier. It might take longer and give you more headache while building it, but it should be just as solid as Intel chipset once it's built.
