If you do not spell it ALL out for this crowd, hardly anyone gets it. Which is exactly why I never spell it out. I do not want stupid people to get it. I do not want to enable stupid.

You're OP is a bit confusing. you should read it before posting...maybe take some time before doing so.

A lot of crucial, missing information is needed to actually make that work. It sounds like you're having a conversation with someone on the phone, which works perfectly well for the both of you b/c the two of you are getting all the info. Us third party listeners are only getting half the story. Same thing as if you are having this conversation with the voices in your head.

For one thing, I see "Page," and I think it's someone's position. The name is usually spelled Paige, afaik.

I jumped on no bandwagon. I was confuzzled a bit when first reading the post--it was like this was a reference to some other incident that OP posted in some other thread, and I was expected to be aware of a back story--mainly, the thread about that dude who's coworker was fired was fresh enough in my brain.
