I have a pagefile.sys of 11.5GB in a directory called temp last modified 2013. Not sure how it got there, but safe to delete? Nothing it's useful for I assume.
It's pretty strange that it's not just in the root of the drive like it would normally be. Unless you're doing something that would move it, most page files can be deleted and windows will recreate one on reboot.
Newer windows are optimized to use pagefile with the minimum amount of writes possible so leave it on your ssd that's what you bought it after all, improved speed.
If it is the old one, it has already been replaced. I would delete it. But, you can always rename it to pagefile.old, and if nothing goes wrong, it is safe to delete.
