I've been working on a new case (enlight) and am buliding a second power supply unit to run fans, lights ect... while working on the 2nd PS i sanded the old dull finish off the back of it and it came out looking kinda cool (sorry no camera for pics)... it really shines and refracts light all over the place... so i started thinking of doing this to the inside of the case to get some cool effects from the lights to be added... then i thought of maybe doing the outside as well... of course i'd clear coat it to keep it from rusting... but i'm not so sure i want to be the first to try this... I'd be using my dewalt palm sander on the inside but was thinking a belt sander might give a brushed aluminum look...anyone ever heard of this being done? Any Ideas? Any problems? I know i wouldn't want to sand too much metal since the case isn't that thick to begin with. I've checked a few of the mod site gallerys and haven't found any like this, but if anyone knows of any pics out there i'd be very greatful for a link. Thanks in advance.
