Palin releases medical "records" - 1 hour before election day

It's basically a summary of her health from her family doctor.
Nothing bad. 5 pregnancies. 1 premature.
Small breast cancer scare.. benign.


Two issues though:

If it's all good, we did you wait so long?
And why such a brief summary, no real records to back it up?

I don't know why it's an issue. It's just something all the candidates do.
All the other candidates released thiers. It only became an issue when
Palin refused to release hers, raising suspicions.

I was under the impression that the candidates releases their actual records.
The things in the folder at the doctors office.

Personally, I could care less. I doubt she has anything to hide. She looks healthy enough. Perhaps some psychological treatment, but I wouldn't hold that against her. It's her stand on issues and lack of comprehension that I'm concerned about.

McCain supporters like to pretend the schooling never happened as long as they repost the same FUD in a different thread.

On topic, that's a completely acceptable medical evaluation. Granted, the Pubs have never stopped whining about the fact that Obama's medical report was similarly short, but as the doctor in each report noted, to go into further detail with further tests and screenings for such obviously healthy young individuals would not be routine.

If I remember correctly, Obama also released a 1 page clean bill of health from his Doc, not the whole folder.

Infohawk....my point was more that it took Obama how long before that document was produced, a document that depending on what it said had far more weight on the election than Palin's medical records...

Yet for some reason the majority of contributors to this forum didn't feel that this was of major concern...

And to be accurate, what Obama released was a copy, not the original...so conspiracy theorists can still go crazy....

Just like similar nutjobs on the left will theorize about Palin's history given that the release was a little thin since it didn't mention how many corn bits or peas were found in her last stool sample.

I would not have minded to see them both release more. I was a bit confused that liver panel tests are not normal. I have that done two or three times and I am in perfect health.

Why do you repeat the timing question if you don't think there is something to hide like you say?

No, they don't release actual records. sometimes they do more than summaries but not always. In fact, all BHO has done is release a summary as well.

Do your own forum searching. And the head of records in Hawaii has publicly confirmed Obama's birth certificate as legitimate. Case closed. Of course, why she should have to is a whole other story....

Palin promised to release her "medical records" last week. Obama made no such promise. Obama released exactly what he promised months ago. Palin is still MIA regarding what she promised.
