I know 1GB isn't really useful for the 8800GT but it might come in handy for later games and it's not like it's a big price difference (only 10 bucks) so might be worth a shot. Palit cards come with a custom cooler and 3-phase power designs which means they should be pretty reliable and should overclock pretty nicely as well. They also include out-of-the-box HDMI output support and that new Tomb Raider game.
The zipzoomfly description seems to have it wrong, it says 512MB but I can confirm by the model number that it is indeed a 1GB model, check out this .PDF:

In any case, it might be worth checking with ZZF but I doubt they entered the wrong model number and increased the price by $10 by mistake, it seems much more likely they just made a mistake with the memory size in the description.
