Palm Tungsten T Screen out of sync.

All of a sudden my Palm Tungsten T has developed a problem. For example. If I select notepad and place the stylus on the left hand side of the screen the screen picks up the stylus immediately where I place the stylus on the screen. Now if I do the same thing on the right hand side, when the stylus touches the screen the the created "dot" appears slightly to the left and not under the stylus. If I go to preferences and set up the digitizer everything seems okay, until that is I leave the Palm on or switch it off. It then reverts back to having the same problem.

It's really annoying as selecting for instance the search area or the screen slider becomes a pain in the @ss. What do you think.

I've had this problem a couple of times with my Tungsten T. Replacing the screen protector has always fixed it (that is, it seems to be a physical problem with the screen, not a software issue). You might also try doing a hard reset (but make sure you've synced it recently!)

This is a known problem with the Tungsten T. Unless it is under warranty, you could try a couple programs from PalmGear, one is called Digifix.

The price you pay for buying technology when it first comes out. Shame I didn't know about this before I bought the darn thing.
