No, they are not offering it online. They actually don't even have it LISTED online! jbserra, thanks for the consideration! But I'm going to try the OM's by my house to see if I can pick one up, so I can start playing with it tonight, hehe. If not, I may come crawling back to anyone who's picked up a few extra ^^

Yeah most places think that you want the VIIx. Have you noticed that when you tell places to scan something since you know is supposed to be cheaper and they get all suspicious like they almost want to laugh at you. Or they act lke you are trying to cheat them or something.

The VII only has 2mb.. you cant hardly store anything on it without
filling the memory.. WAIT till the VIIx is on sale.. that will be
a much better deal..
WIRELESS is great.. but you PAY for the service.. not free!

I dunno. I have a Palm III and I've never filled half the memory (2MB). The only time I've seen anyone at work do it was with a couple thousand contacts that were dumped from Goldmine. Who really needs that much?

I agree. The Palm VII has a good amount of memory. You are never going to run out unless you turn your Palm into a desktop. As for web clipping, nobody is forcing you to use it. You can also get the unlimited use one which is way cool!

I snaged one unit in my local OM, seems they still have a lot of Palm VII in stock. Anyway, I also get the Fingerprint recognition system for only $2.14 (reduced from $49)incl. tax. Wohooo... so much hot deal in one day.

Just went back from OM, and they're all out. I bet the manager and some of the employees bought some for themselves.
They still have the U.are.U fingerprint recognition display model, no box, no software, just the fingerprint reader. Sucks!
