Based on your links it looks like a good deal. I don't know what you're thinking.
You can get it shipped with no tax at less than what is being posted here. The only additions are a sub-par case, some low quality screen protectors and styli which you don't really need unless you're in the habit of losing them.
Here is what I am thinking:
deal price < regular price -> ok deal
deal price << regular price -> hot deal
deal price >= regular price -> cold deal
I can't spell it out anymore.
Edit: I should add that I define "regular price" as "street price" - currently available in the market from multiple sources without members-only coupons or discounts.
