I have been looking at the different Palm pilots out there and was wondering which ones people really liked. I have been looking at the M105 model

the m105 has 8mb versus the m100 which has 4mb.

if you're going for the m105, i'd try and see if you can get a xxxie. they have a larger screen, and other than that there isn't much difference.

or a handera 330. sweetest palm device ever devised.

xxxie? I think you mean a IIIxe. I got one and I love it. It saved my ass many times last year (for long-neglected deadlines especially). My mother broke her IIIx and she went around hunting for a IIIxe (the m105's stink). Lo and Behold, even though they haven't been in production for about 2 years now, our local Best Buy had a demo box under their shelf. She got it for $90!!!!

damn, i knew something didn't look right! i love it too, i got my iiixe for 120 from staples, new. the m105's do stink imho. but you have to admit, the 330 does look pretty damned sweet.

pocketPCs are better than palms. You can get 32mb models for less than an m505

If you need a cheap 8MB model, definately lean towards the 3xe. Considering that it's definately &quot;nicer&quot; than the m105(bigger screen, more periphials), and can be found for a heck of a lot cheaper than the m105 or Visor Deluxe(The Deluxe is a pure 3xe clone, but without flashROM for the OS), it's definately the one to pick.

I read an indepth USA Today newspaper article about Blackberry's success and their plans for the future. What would really appeal to me is an affordable (under $250) Nokia 6190 and Palm Vx combo in a super small silver shiny-please-steal-me form factor.
