Panaflo L1A fans

I got three panaflo L1A fans to use on the case and the heatsink. I've never seen any fans come like these. They don't have any connectors to plug the fans in. All they have are two wires (red and black) coming off of the fan. Was I supposed to get some kind of connector to slip the wires into so I can plug it in?

Yes, there are panaflo connectors. Panaflo ship these fans with these two wires, but there are 3 pin and 4 pin molex connectors available out there. They are about $1-2 each.

Where did you buy the fans from?

I'm planning on getting some from NewEgg, since they're the cheapest there and I have other parts I need, but I'm going to be getting the connecters somewhere else. Can't recall off the top of my head. Just google for "Panaflo Connector" and you should pull up a site that sells them. Like the previous poster said, they're less than 2 bucks apiece.

Well, apparently they can be bought at SVC for a 6.99, and with the connectors already on them. But I guess I'll have to order some online and pay an insane amount of shipping because none of the local vendors around here carry them.

I've been doing a lot of ordering from Performance PCs lately, and have been very impressed with them. Their prices are usually a bit higher than some places, but the guys at Performance PCs sleeve and heatshrink all cables for you. There are a variety of color options too. I recently ordered several of the Panaflo L1A fans with 3-pin tails connected, black sleeving and yellow heatshrink for $10.95 each. They carry several popular products and include the sleeving. My case wiring has become a lot cleaner and more colorful since installing some of their products.

Buy them here. I know it's in Canada, but shipping's not that much and they only cost $.98 US.

Oh, and they're also here at So-Trick for $1.75. Not sure about shipping.

I found a place that sells the L1As for $4.00 each; however, they don't come with the 3 pin or the 4 pin connector. They come with a 2 pin connector - you just have the file down the connector so that it will fit.

Heatsinkfactory here in Cali sells both 3 and 4-pin Panaflo tails for 50¢ each. That's the cheapest price I've ever seen. I've bought a lot of stuff from them and they're good to deal with.
