Did you think of that all by yourself?

Here you go penny pinchers
Whoo....even hotter.
According to that site those fans are 32dB which is not at silent as the L1A's.
Beggars can't be choosers.

KD actually sells the connector kits(empty plastic connector with seperate metal pins), the ones at svc are good also but you have to solder the wires...

I am not sure which adapters you are looking at, but these are the ones I was talking about. No need to solder any wires. Just plug the 3 pin plug from the fan into the connector and plug the other end into an extra molex from the PSU. Great price at only $0.49.

As already mentioned, these fans have 2-pin connectors (or at least they did last time I bought them). They fit nicely on the motherboard fan connectors....just cut off the little feet.

Check with Quickar. They have the L1As for $4.00 each. I purchased 15 of them a few weeks back and I'll need to purchase another 10 or so for my friends. Great people, excellent service!

Craftsman, for the 15 fans you bought several weeks ago, did they say made in Japan or made in China?
The reason I'm asking is because I noticed that the picture of the L1A shown at Quickar (link) says "Made in Japan" while the picture at AllElectronics (link) says "Made in China". For $0.50 difference, I would rather get a Japanese made fan.
Thanks in advance.

Pay attention!! Most of the fans people are pointing to here have BARE LEADS!! BARE LEADS means no three pin connector at the end..These are the connector kit I am refering to.kdc

1 or 2 degrees difference in temp is a mute point ...

This case has openings for 120mm fans, and it was noisy as heck with them in. Switched to quiet vs airflow and dont have any better results on O/C potential. Temps are the same just less noise.
1 or 2 degrees difference in temp is a mute point for a stable O/C IMHO if your chip will take it then these fans will pull out the heat
BTW- I have a stock hsf
