Believe me, I have the non-speakerphone version and it's clarity is unbelieveable. I went down 2 blocks, and I still got reception (albeit not 100% clear) - but within your house, front yard, back yard, etc. it sounds like a corded phone. Great deal, but does refurbished mean used and returned? If so, I'm not too sure about getting up close with other people's spit and earwax on it. Not too thrilled about the radiation either.

All in all, a really great phone.

I just called them, to check order status. CSR rep told me my order will be shipped on Wendsday by UPS Ground from their TX warehouse.

I called NBCI and today they said they will have it on Tuesday. Each time, I call the give me different dates and they charge credit card right away , they should not charge until item ships

Hmmm same crap here.... Tuesday and she was not even sure about Tuesday... I think they have been all told to say the same thing and they dont know whats going to happen. She said if it does not ship on Tuesday that I sould call back and they will refund my card... Anthony Jack is the manager and she could not even transfer me to him... Hmmmm maybe I sould have held off this one may get messy...

If you placed order for it, call them and cancel cause they dont have it in stock and give you different dates. I got refund on my card next day and ordered from refurbishedstore.com and my order was shipped within 24hours, came in panasonic box sealed with 90days warranty. NBCI is waste of time

got mine wed., also. pretty smooth, and they shipped me the silver model, which i personally prefer. I don't generally approve of it when a company substitutes a "comparable" product for the one ordered... cause we all know they're often not-so-comparable. anyway, this worked out for me! GL
