just switched my order form the -L13 to the -L33, it is prob just pip included and too new to be at stores - hopefully - off to circuit city to see what the L13 looks like in person.

I just ordered the CT-27SL33 (the cheaper priced, higher MSRP model). I sat around on my hands last time on the Amazon flat screen TV deal with free shipping and the following morning free shipping was gone.

i looked at the difference between the panasonic and sony wega 27 inch models at cc. have to say that the wega was def sharper and brighter than the panasonic one. im sure the panasonic one wasnt calibrated though and wegas are known to be pretty much picture perfect out of the box so i wouldnt worry about that. It looks nice as well - especially for the price.

you sure you weren't looking at the HDTV WEGA and not the regular WEGA? i compared both the 36" WEGA and TAU and i couldn't really tell the difference in picture.
