Target still offers the Pandora One gift card (1yr, 12 month sub) for $36, limit 3 per order. Shipping was $5 per card, but is now free on orders over $50. (Red Card not required)! This works out to $3 per month, $2 cheaper than the new $4.99 per month that Pandora increased the One subscription to. Total savings of $23.88 per year.

Not really hot considering that Pandora One for an Annual subscription is just $36 through the interface as well.

As I explained in my post, Pandora increased the subscription rate:

"For new subscribers, the subscription price will change to $4.99 per month starting in May."
http://blog.pandora.com/2014/03/18/6128/

So $60 per year or $36 per year. If you have a link the interface you mentioned, please feel free to post.

Ah hadn't seen that posted or mentioned anywhere else, I guess I'm seeing the loyalty pricing on it. Might have to pick up a few for later, though my internal music collection has been growing a lot so maybe won't need it.

In light of not being an annual Pandora subscriber, this is a pretty hot deal!

That's a good deal, thanks OP. Not hot for those who already got that price on the subscription, but for new users the price is up to like $60.

For clarification, this is a 1 year (12 month) gift card subscription.

PokerGuy, yea my Pandora One sub is not up until October. However, these gift cards will stack onto your existing subscription. I confirmed this with Pandora via email, "As for Pandora One gift cards, they will continue to be honored for the foreseeable future. For example, new gift subscriptions are $24, 6-month subscriptions when purchased online, but if you happen to purchase a $36 annual subscription, or happen to have an unredeemed annual gift subscription, you will still be able to redeem it, despite us no longer offering the annual subscription. "

They also spoke about loyality pricing, "Your subscription will then continue at the $3.99/month rate uninterrupted and payment will be automatically charged in future months, unless your card information becomes out of date, or you decide to change your auto renewal settings.

If you allow your subscription to expire, you will only have access to the $4.99/month rate for new subscribers if you decide to upgrade again. "

So even at $3.99/month, $47.88 a year is still more than $36.00. Thus you will save $11.88 a year.

At $4.99/month, the savings increase to $23.88 per year.

got mine today, activated great (type in code at Pandora.com/gift)

Totally worth it for $36/year, especially if you have Sprint (or T-Mobile) since both have unlimited data for music streaming. Now I don't have to deal with the ad's, and have a wider selection of music for 1/3rd the price of Sirius XM.

My PandoraOne expires in Jan 1st. So I figured I'll try to stack 2 of these to expand to another few years. Thanks, OP.

This is a great deal, just received my 2 cards in the mail. activated card no. 1 and nervous about activating card #2 (stacking) Can somebody verify-that 2 cards will activate and add 2 years, expiring in 2 years? I know original poster says you can stack onto current account...I'd like to know if I can stack 2 years ontop of each other...sorry I know I'm being over-cautious...just don't want to waste $36.00, Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's still alive or not, mine is about to expire and it's been/stayed out of stock since I started checking a few weeks ago

How long are the cards good for? (I know it's one year subscription, but if I purchase multiple cards can I apply them all at once or wait till my next renewal)

Awesome timing on these showing back up. My subscription was to be auto renewed today at the higher price ($47.88)

I was in the same boat, mines due in a week and I started looking about a month ago. My guess is they don't expire and you just use it to renew, I don't know if you can "stack" them and put say 2 in at once for 2 years but I haven't tried - send Pandora support an email and ask if gift cards can stack that way or if there's a limit

They're one year from the moment you activate it. (I just did it with a friend's account.)
