Excuse me, but most paper shredders also shred credit cards too. Atleast 90% of them out there do. In fact that one the main advertised benefits of a paper shredder with big sticker on the side.

That is because a credit card, unlike in your "lala-BS world", are made of thin plastic on Earth. I know in your universe they are made of titanium. The plastic of the card is about as hard as 10-15 pages of paper. Which also jam this shredder.

Note that this is not "really" a shredder but actually a strip cut machine. Given enough Iranian radical students and enough time they will recreate your life, steal you identity and buy shoulder fired missles from Russian Arms dealers with your credit card numbers.

If you watch carefully once in a while a cross-cut shredder will appear for about the same price. That takes not only a large group of Iranian radical students but the local contingent of Al Quaeda radicals to paste your shredded material back together.

Now, if we could only find a reasonably priced confetti shredder!
