while i agree its a stupid law it is still the law. you got caught so do the punisment and stop complaining.

Personally i would rather see kids get more driver training and experiance then these crappy stupid laws.

A lot of schools have killed the free driver's ed and driver's training classes. Total crap IMHO. It's a life or death issue and it's not important enough to fund it in the public schools?

it seems like your parents might not trust you already, considering they took your neighbor's word over yours.
If you really care about getting that trust back, maybe you should talk to them about it. (oh, and it helps not to lie to them)

There have been times I thought I saw one of my friends drive by when really it was just some other random person with the same car. Must stink if someone thought it was you and it wasn't. Sorry.

i took drivers ed in highschool. a full semester of driving and school work helped. Also we had to have like 20 hours of independant driving.

I think that law is a great idea. Wouldn't you feel bad if for some reason being an inexperienced driver you got into an accident and a passenger was killed? For example . The driver was later charged with murder or manslaughter..can't remember.

Show them pictures of yourself not driving anyone else around. Rock solid evidence right there.

I don't know about you, but my parents would take away my car and keep it and put up with driving me everywhere just to make a point.

First of all, who is so anal as to report you to your parents? Some neighbors :disgust:

Yea, that restriction stuff doesn't really stop anyone. In fact, you can actually take people with you (I think) if they are a family member and you are going to school. Anyone else recall something like this?

Let them take the car. In fact, I recommend you find a job, buy your own p.o.s., and stick it to the 'rents!

Then you can drive whenever you want, wherever you want, whomever you want, without authority getting in the way of your goals.

I think the OP bought his car, but his parent's pay for the insurance, thus they hold a grip on the car.

don't forget to photochop the date of said incident on there in blurry neon orange text and then pretend they were taken with a film camera.
