Sounds like now the judge has ordered Paris picked up and taken to court. I wonder how she'll escape this one.

The say media is waiting at the residence for the arrival of the squad car to pick her up and take her to court.

seems a good power struggle. heh

paris is late for court and being slow (not good to piss of the judge more).

seems a conflict to see who really has the right to let her go. some laws say the judge does if he orders it. others say the sheriff can.

the fallout of this is going to interesting.

I don't know. the sheriff has the right to release people if needed. BUT the judge said in his order no home confinment. wich the law says if the judge orders it the sheriff can't let them out.

though the sheriff can let her out saying the jail is full and then the judge is SOL.

Yeah but he never said over-crowding in the beginning. He's going to look pretty stupid changing his reason again.

I think the judge knew exactly what he was doing when writing those orders.
