She is in trouble for violation of probation. The average person doesn't get 10 strikes like Paris before you go to jail.

2. People are growing ever more upset at the hypocrisy of our justice system, which allows the rich and famous to get off easy while the poor can't even afford legal protection. Worse yet is the way the machine of our legal system exploits this, i.e. where a poor person gets a ticket for a minor traffic violation and due to an inability to pay gets stuck in the system for years. also teh power stuggle between the courts and the Sheriff's department is kinda intersting.

I personally think the sheriff department stepped over the line. he could have released her claiming overcrowding. but did a BS medical excuse then refused to pick her up for like an hour or two.

i wonder how far this is going to go? and the fallout over it.
