PartitionMagic questions....?

Ok, I have PartitionMagic 3.0 on CD. I want to partition my 60 GB HDD into 3 or 4 partitions. The thing is I already installed my OS and some drivers, programs etc. I can't seem to find a way partition it like that 3.0, Am I just missing something, or is my program to old. If it is, I could upgrade to PartitionMagic 6.0. It will do want I'm trying to do correct?

Version 3.0 is from like 1997(!), but you should be able to chop the drive. It's unclear from the wording of your question, what precisely you wish to do? Could you explain further what you want to do and what problems you are having, including error messages?

Heres what I want to: Take my 1 partition 60 GB HDD and chop it down to 3 or 4 partitions without losing any data. Can I do this in 3.0? I don't seem to see a way, or don't know how. Can you help?

I don't know about 3.0, but in 6, you can partition your hd without losing any data. I also have a 60gb hd that I wanted to partition so I could install linux.
