So now I got five against one (me) and I'm still kicking butts. This isn't even a challenge. I know full well the numbers will be stacked against me when I come here during the day when conservatives are working.

Then what was all this bullshit you spewed earlier? Your statements below certainly imply the ACA required states to expand Medicaid and set up exchanges.....

Then you claim the House only can pass taxes.....where do you think the ACA originated in the first place? Saturn?

Sheesh.....even when presented with your own words, which are at best described as misrepresentation of facts (sometimes known as LIES), you deny you ever said them.

Simply amazing.

That "bull shit" was in response to whining from your side about Republicans not setting up exchanges.

Still cannot admit you at least misspoke the facts, never mind admitting you've lied about what you're pedaling as "truth".

I despair of them learning even if the consequences happen to them, so I can't wish for him to get sick because it wouldn't do much good. I'm firmly in the camp of hoping that he somehow gets perspective so he has to live with knowledge of what he supported.

I will point out that he does treat other people's healthcare as disposable in order to preserve his delusions. It's one thing to argue childishly and be uninterested in honest debate, it's another thing to do that when it means supporting the eventual death and impoverishment of fellow human beings.

I mean sure his position on health care is morally monstrous but even if it would lead to him adopting a more decent position on the issue I don't think convincing people through pestilence is a good strategy, haha. I also hope he's able to get perspective one day on what he supports inflicting on his fellow Americans. People rarely change though.

I don't care what the far left calls me. It exposes you and that's a good thing. The biggest favor Hillary ever did for Republicans was to use the term "deplorables". I said it at the time. That'll be a great rallying cry for the right and it still is. I don't mind being called a degenerate. It supports my point that the left is not into problem solving but instead only wants to do name calling

You and your ilk wear the title well.

Pray tell, what does it expose us as? Fool enough to keep pretending that civility would work for this long?

So now I got five against one (me) and I'm still kicking butts. This isn't even a challenge. I know full well the numbers will be stacked against me when I come here during the day when conservatives are working.

And what are you doing, pray tell? I'm enjoying my lunch break. Are you admitting that you don't work? (Incidentally most of the main conservatives are posting right now, while I usually get a spike of votes on my posts at around when people get off work, so I can pretty confidently name at least a few people who don't get to tab out to forum post at work.)

Also, just hitting the reply button and vomiting over yourself is a seriously nonstandard definition of "kicking butts". Are there any other idioms you'd like help with while I'm here?

The guy who whines about people personally attacking him calls his opponents unemployed deadbeats.

lol, more hypocrisy. You should add this to your list of things to apologize for.

I'm retired. And thanks Sea Ray for paying for part of my retirement.

Didn't you know that anyone that isn't a die-hard conservative is unemployed, and and also possibly mooching off the federal government?

Conservative media has been harping on this for DECADES, and it doesn't surprise me that someone wouldn't regurgitate that tripe in some form or fashion.

Still can't admit that you can't copy and paste anything I said that was false. All you can do is re-phrase my statements and then say my "meaning" was false. I guess the lesson in all of this is that it's worthless to respond to the far left dribble around here. Other conservatives have figured that out. I'm late to that party.

That makes it 6 vs 1.

As Bill Buckley. Jr. said, "Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views."

Yea Sea Ray, you can start your rational discussion anytime now. As you haven't really addressed anything that's been presented to you. Your local Walmart sells bootstraps.

Much earlier in the thread I pointed out Repub's refusal to do so as part of a general pattern of obstruction. They weren't going along any more than was absolutely necessary. When they figured out that they could sabotage it further by refusing to fund risk corridors they did so with glee.

They want "free market" healthcare & billionaire tax cuts. If you can't afford it you just won't get it. Too bad- so sad. Shoulda been Rich, you stupid bastards.

If they want Obamacare repealed it stands to reason that the taxes associated with it would also be repealed. It's also worth noting that Obamacare didn't just raise taxes on billionaires. It raised taxes on all sorts of folks but where an income was stated it was at about $250K

Edit: pictures can say a thousand words (or however the saying goes)

And since below, Sea Ray makes a pathetic attempt at humor, I will go ahead and spell this out.

Ironing on the interwebs == irony. Irony in the fact that Sea Ray claims that he's above personal attacks, while in the midst of personal attacks against others. And how he won't be dragged down to that level, but would realistically be a step up.

Now I know most of you understood my response, sans the typical Con feign ignorance poster....

Ok?

How about the people who don't drive or go to school. They wouldn't need to pay so much in taxes if we let the roads fall apart and closed cools. You could also move to Somalia so I could sleep better knowing you could never take advantage anything my taxes could conceivably pay for.

Almost Moonie, my taxes pay for military, and with Con's even more so. So we'd probably troll Somalia some more while he was there.

No matter how many people tell you you are wrong, just know and believe in your heart that you are the one who is right and they are all wrong. This truth is especially important to remember when the people telling you that you are wrong are dirty filthy stinking liberal losers with no jobs.

Please. Put the horse & the cart in their proper places. Repub politicians are on a mission to cut taxes for their mega rich campaign contributors. Whatever collateral damage that inflicts on the rest of America doesn't matter to them at all.

It'll all just magically trickle down, right?
