Passivly cooled NF4-Ultra Mainboard?

Well I am now officially almost ready to sell my trusty old CPU, Mainboard, GPU combo and get myself something completely new. I am very leery about noise though after having this almost silent rig for over 2 years:

2200+ with Arctic Cooling Copper Silent TC
Asus A7V-333
Radeon 9600pro which I fitted with a nice big, quiet Arctic Cooling Fan

Now , I really want my upgrade to be not much louder if at all possible. Case-cooling is not an issue, my case is very well ventilated and barely gets warmer inside than room-temps and that is with all the fans turned down low and rendering 3D scenes for hours on end. I am more than willing to spend a bit more dough to get this machine (almost) as quiet as it was with all the old bits in it but without resorting to water-cooling .

So I was wondering if any alternatives to GA-K8N Ultra9 exist. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT TO PAY FOR SLI and I just absolutely HATE (with a passion) those small cheap-a$$ northbridge fans that sound like a sawmill after a few weeks.
For CPU cooling I will go with a trusty Zalman. Big and quiet - nice...
As for GPU I am at a loss though. I am aiming for a 7800GT card and I am wondering how loud this howler will be - who makes the quietest one? Are there any after-market cooling solutions available yet for the 7800 series (not water cooling of course, have seen a few of those)?

The rest of the stuff will be 2GB of RAM a 300GB SATA drive and a Terratec 7.1 soundcard which does Dolby Digital Live Encoding (need that badly). Pretty standard stuff anyway - just need some advice on the noise issue

not sure if it would fit but try doing a little research on the Zalman NB-47J.

To say that NF4U chips get a bit hot would be quite the understatement. The solution that I am using with success on my ASUS A8N-E is to have the Zalman NB47J mounted to replace the stock chipset HSF, and then to use a 40mm Panaflo (the low speed, quiet version) mounted to the side with a plain old screw of appropriate dimensions. By all accounts that I've heard, one can forego the active cooling, but I just feel safer (and my finger feels slightly less burnt after touching the Zalman) with a fan as well.

the DFI Nforce 4 board has a fairly quiet fan as long as it doesn't exceed 5k rpm, if it goes higher than that it gets audible, If you use speed fan or some other software to limit the speed of the fan its fairly quiet.
