Well... guess my budget for build number 2 just went up.....

I'm already bored of the league. Haven't done blighted maps yet because of their issues (I've got three) but I've already gotten bored of Blight itself. Poison assassin is fun, lots of damage and active playstyle. So far I was only playing because I really liked the new Masters mission changes. My FPS just drops to zero whenever I try Betrayal so they haven't fixed that.

I don't like the league mechanic all that much. I like my build though. The mechanic is just too slow/clumsy/awkward. Not to mention the performance issues are absurd.
I can't seem to finish off T10 maps and get into reds though and it's pissing me off. Nobody responding to trades for missing maps.

They really need to introduce an auction house for commodity items (maps, currency exchange etc). I don't think items need to be in there, but there has to be some mechanic invented to make getting commodity items easier instead of copying and pasting whispers from poe.trade.

Actually have a new CPU/MB/RAM combo coming (used... should bring me up to only 5 year old tech instead of my current 10 year old tech!) so I'm excited about that,

nice! Never even sniffed at such a thing. I've had 3 exalts drop thus far in this league and I've barely touched red maps thus far.
I had a level 21, 23% quality gem drop too. Sadly, it was glacial hammer. Still for sale at 40% cheaper than the others listed and not going anywhere soon it seems

The league mechanic is actually fun once you get the hang of it
I am at 150 on the Atlas and at Shaper on the questline

The mechanic isn't THAT horrible. I mean I do some of them... maybe 50% of the in-map blights I come across. Usually if the pump is "cornered" or something and I know the tendrils can't branch out all over the place. It seems the drops are pretty good too - it's a quick way to pick up some currency and it seems that there are a ton more essences, cards, scarabs etc floating around this league.

I still think Delve is great and a nice alternative to mapping. Still probably my favorite league in a long while.

I can give you some helpful advice on the Blights, stagger freeze totems and empower ones, level up the freezing ones pronto unless the list mentions frost below then counter with fire, this has allowed me to run blights in maps up to and including tier 16.

Oh, I haven't had any issues beating them (yet). That's been pretty easy thus far. I think I failed one and that was before the patch and the gateway spawn an inch from the pump and the mob just crushed it. Thus far, it hasn't seemed too hard to beat them, granted, my toon is pretty OP'ed for the current map level.

It may be boring for you but I know plenty of people that are enjoying it.
Got my 5th natural exalt drop last night and bought my 2 shaped Call of the brotherhoods.
Now will continue to farm for my Eternity shroud.

Yeah I just saw that league challenge too last night and because of it started doing all the blights I ran across.
Blight maps are crazy loot too. I will do those whenever I get them for sure. It's a slide-show and pure chaos, but damn so much loot.
Is there a way to increase blight map drops? I did two without dropping an alch on them then realized "oh hell, I can modify them too?!"

4 natural exalts dropped thus far this league. I'm actually stuck right now on what to buy. I need a new chest piece, but nothing I find is "right"

I am really glad for you, makes a big difference when the FPS is smooth (not counting internet latency)

On a side note I have had 8 natural Exalts drop, I have already earn't enough to buy 30+ exalts worth of gear, without evening selling my House of Mirrors card yet (which is worth 15+ Exalts now and climbing)

That's a lot of currency! I've had 5 natural Exalts dropped. Which is WAY more than any other league (and still a new league). I think I'm sitting on 240+C and no idea other currency. There's not much more left for me to buy besides ultra-elite gear - some of which I haven't even seen for sale (+3 gems, insane minion combo etc). I still need to redo my rings/amulet/belts but it's of no immediate requirement. I have to pick a bunch of red maps, but I'm just so lazy to trade. Trading is by far the worst part of this game. I do everything to avoid it.

Ravenous Horde
Minions have 20% increased Movement Speed
Minions deal 20% increased Damage
Minions have 5% increased Attack Speed
Minions have 5% increased Cast Speed
Minions have 10% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill

Then I look at the oils and their cost....
Opalescent Oil is 8E. Nd you need 2!

Please remember you cannot have any nodes twice, so the trick is to anoint Nodes that are too far to travel to but benefit you the most

Wait, you can anoint nodes on the blight paths? I can't imagine doing that while the chaos is going on.

Ah I was thinking blight nodes. So you can anoint nodes in your tree? and that node will grant the bonuses outlined in that spreadsheet?
I dunno why I can't wrap my head around this. Guess I should just experiment with some of the cheaper oils.

You have your search set to standard, not blight league. Also, like mentioned you can either look through guides or glance at your tree in game to see if there are is a node you want to anoint. Something that you could use but is too far away that you don't want to path too.

dang - you're right. I've never gone to poe.trade and had it default to "standard". I don't think I've EVER even traded on Standard. Odd that it switched to that when I searched. WTH

You can only anoint a node off your tree on either your amulet or blight specific uniques. Anointing your rings just gives buffs to towers which you probably don't need with minions. So must people only have 1 anointment which is on their amulet.
