Patriot PDC24G6400LLK vs Mushkin 996587 DDR2 RAM

Now my confusion comes in, that although the Patriot has tighter timings it needs a higher vdimm (2.2V) while the Mushkin has slightly looser timings at a lower vdimm (1.8V).

Does anyone have any insight / experience with these two sets of RAM? Do I need to consider anything else about the RAM (such as reliability of Customer Service at Mushkin vs Patriot, etc?). Am I missing something obvious here?

Mushkin is a higher-quality brand than Patriot. One illustration of this is the fact that they are honest with their customers by reporting the timings at the standard DDR2 voltage of 1.8V. Patriot won't tell you what their module's timings are at the standard DDR2 voltage (although these timings are presumably coded into the DIMM's SPD); rather, they just report timings at a high 22% overvoltage. To me, it seems unlikely that they would hide good timings -- what do you think?
