The Pats own the Steelers, the game's in foxboro, and Pittsburgh can't even handle the Cards. They had a soft schedule this season. No worries about this one.

I think the Pats will learn from Chicagos mistake.

You had a tough time with the Eagles, and should I even get started about how the Ravens, a team we completely destroyed 38-7 (35-0 at half time) beat you? You seem to just have the luck of God (or the refs, or Baltimore's stupid coaches) on your side.

This is so absurd. How can anyone justify a team that hasn't had a victory in ONE game to beat a team that HASN'T LOST a game??? There's just no intelligent reasoning behind it. It's rediculous. I cannot wait for the Patriots to DESTORY the Dolphins.

Can't help but laugh at the Ravens epic 4th quarter collapse. The time out was pure gold, called because he "didn't like the defensive alignment". Result of nullified play, the defense made the stop. Incredible presnap assesment by their D cordinator, makes you wonder why they are 4-8......

Its obvious that people want to see the dolphins beat the pats for ironic purposes. Nobody here with half a brain would choose the dolphins to beat the pats with good money on the line (point spread aside).

"We're going to win," added Smith. "Yeah, I guarantee a win. As long as we come out and do what we got to do. Both sides of the ball are rolling, and if our special teams come through for us, we've got a good chance to win."

Sorry about that, just saw a new video on ESPN about it.

By that game NE will have home field locked up, in your opinion is it worth the risk ofinjury to try for the perfect record if it is still intact? Or should they rest key players to give them the best advantage heading into the playoffs?
They will be barely better than the 1998 Vikings if they run the table but lose in the playoffs. I think Bellichek knows this. They'd be foolish not to rest their starters for the playoffs, plus, what bigger kick in the teeth would it be if they ran the table with Matt Cassel, Jabbar Gafney, and Heath Evans starting?
What about defensively? The players with the most need of rest would be their LBs, but they don't really have enough depth. Any idea if Chad Brown will be activated for this game?
No idea...you're right though, their LBs are old and definitely need the rest. I think they can play their sub-par backups late in the season though, because if homefield advantage is already locked up, what difference does it make? The biggest issue I see with playing Brady though is injuries...the last game of the season, they play the Giants. If the Giants do anything well, its rush the passer. I wouldn't want to risk my franchise QB right before the playoffs in a meaningless game, not with the likes of Stahan and Umenyora rushing him (and possibly still fighting for seeding/a playoff spot).
Willing to bet BB would be relieved with a regular season loss after locking up home field. That would give him the chance to rest anyone he desired without any backlash.

I've been saying this all year. It will be the game of the century.
It's only a regular season game, come January it will mean nothing.
BWAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. I find that hilarious. Pats are going to beat them so bad Don Shula is going to feel it in his heart watching from the stands. I predict 52-10. I will take anyone's bet that says Dolphins will win straight up.

dont ge tme wrong or anyhting... what the patriots are doing is very difficult to achieve...
but if you take away the dallas & indy victories... their combined opponents records are 50-73... i'd be conerned if the pats werent winning by 3+ td's a game...
that said.... this game with the steelers is going to be tightly contested much like indy + dallas + baltimore
